Personal Care Attendants are needed to help children and adults with their daily living skills.
Plymouth:
1) Mother of a 12 year old boy with autism is seeking a PCA to assist with ADL skills for 3 weekday afternoons from 4:30-7:30pm and Sundays from 3:00-7:30pm. Urgent Need

Parents of an 11
year old boy with CP are seeking a PCA for some after school and some weekend
hours
South Plymouth:
1) 20
year old male with CP would like a peer companion for sport related
activities/events, to go bowling or to the movies, and to attend Arc sponsored
activities/events. Flexible weekend schedule.
2) 20 year old male with CP would like an outgoing peer companion, male or
female (prefers like age group) to go bowling, movies, Arc sponsored events and
dances. Flexible weekend schedule.
Marshfield:
1)
11 year old male with MR and dietary restrictions requires a PCA weekdays
after school and to assist parent with some doctor’s appointments. Some evening
and Saturday hours also available. Urgent Need
2) 29 year old female with a seizure disorder is seeking outgoing PCA’s for weekday mornings from 7:45 – 11:00am, every other Tues. until 1:30, and Mon., Wed., and Thurs. from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. Some weekend hours also available. Urgent Need
Pembroke:
Kingston:
1) 14
year old female with CP and MR requires PCA’s to assist with ADL’s weekdays
after school, some evenings and on weekends. Urgent Need
2) 14 year old male with Autism requires a PCA for weekends to assist with ADL and communication skills in a public setting. Urgent Need
3) 22 year old female is seeking a recreational companion for Saturdays to participate in activities in the community.
Duxbury:
1) 19 year old male with DS and Autism requires a PCA/recreational
companion to assist with ADL’s and for recreation opportunities in the
community. Weekday after school and weekend hours available.

reimburse PCA's for mileage. Also, background checks are mandatory.
RESPITE DEPARTMENT
Respite Providers -- needed to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home, the provider's home or in a community setting. Flexible part-time hours. Experience is helpful but not necessary. Orientation and on-going trainings will be provided.

SUPPORTED LIVING
Home Care Providers -- Would you like to get paid to stay home? Provide a home and support for a person with developmental disabilities and receive a daily stipend plus monthly room and board. The Arc of Greater Plymouth's Supported Living Program is presently seeking homes.
Potential participants are carefully matched with provider families. The interest, background, hobbies and needs of both the participant and the family are assesses when selecting a home. the participant (and family/guardian) meets and visits with a potential provider. Both parties must find the placement acceptable.
The home caregiver receives a stipend over $1,000 monthly. This income may be tax deductible under IRS Code Section 131.

Assistance with ADL's i.e., bathing, laundry
Assistance with money management
Medication administration

Case management (weekly/monthly)
Training
Twenty-four hour on-call assistance
Two weeks vacation
